At Soul n Such, we cook with memory, warmth, and intention — the kind of flavors that feel like sunshine settling into your spirit. This dish brings the heart of the Caribbean straight to the bowl: golden curry, fiery Scotch bonnet, fresh ginger, and silky coconut milk come together to create a sauce that wraps the Cod in pure island comfort. The fish broils until lightly caramelized, then simmers in a vibrant curry bath that tastes like home, heritage, and heat. Finished with a drizzle of nutty garlic brown butter, this recipe blends coastal soul with modern elegance — a true signature moment.
